Plain-language documents covering how we handle your data, the terms of using our services, and how refunds work.
This policy explains what information Byteistic collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
We collect information you give us directly — such as your name, email address, billing details, and domain or hosting preferences — when you create an account, purchase a plan, or contact support.
We use the information we collect to provision and maintain your hosting services, process payments, respond to support requests, and keep our network secure.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate (such as payment processors and data-center partners), and only to the extent needed to deliver the service, or when required by law.
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how our website is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may stop working correctly.
We apply industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit, firewalled data centers, and access controls — to protect your information. No system is completely secure, but we work continuously to reduce risk.
If we ever become aware of a data breach affecting your account, we will notify you promptly with details of what happened and what we're doing about it.
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account data, subject to legal and billing record requirements.
Questions about this policy can be sent to our privacy team through the Contact Support page, and we typically respond within two business days.
These terms govern your use of Byteistic's hosting, domain, and related services.
By signing up for or using any Byteistic service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our services may not be used to host malware, send unsolicited bulk email, infringe intellectual property, or engage in any activity that disrupts other customers or violates applicable law. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
Plans are billed in advance for the period selected at checkout. Unless cancelled before the renewal date, subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate using your saved payment method.
We target 99.9% uptime across our hosting infrastructure, measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance windows that are communicated in advance.
Byteistic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months.
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
We want you to host with confidence. Here's exactly how refunds work.
New hosting customers can request a full refund within 30 days of their first purchase if they are not satisfied with the service, no questions asked.
The 30-day window starts on the date of initial purchase, not on renewal dates.
Open a ticket from the Contact Support page with your account email and order ID. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Because domain registrations are submitted to the registry immediately, they cannot be refunded except in cases of a verified technical error on our end.
Please contact our support team before filing a chargeback with your bank — most billing issues can be resolved faster and more smoothly through a refund request.
